2 ½ All purpose Flour
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 1/3 tsp pure vanilla flavor (3 tbsp. imitation vanilla flavor)
2 cups of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 1/3 cups of granulated white sugar
2 cups of butter
Plain LAYS potato chips
Mix dry Ingredients Flour and salt then set aside.
Next, melt butter on low, once the butter is melted slowly mix in the cocoa powder, once the cocoa is mixed add the granulated sugar to the butter and cocoa.
Then, in a separate bowl beat together the eggs and vanilla flavor.
Finally, you want to pour the egg/vanilla flavor mixture into the flour/salt, then add the melted chocolate mixture (MAKE SURE IT’S NOT SUPER HOT OR THE EGGS WITH COOK)
Hand mix everything together until you have a nice brownie mix.
I then divide the brownie mix evenly between two 12×18” pans
Top with chopped walnuts, crunched up plain LAYS potato chips(adds a hint of salty crunchiness and it’s DELISH)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pop brownies in and bake for 25-30 mins or until you can stick a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean!
Drizzle caramel on top once the brownies cool a bit and there you have it! Family fun sized brownie recipe that will be a hit at any party or family gathering!!
