½ tsp of poultry season/sage
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup of unsweetened almond milk (coconut milk)
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of paprika
2 cups of chicken broth
1 white onion
1 Butternut Squash
First Peel and dice up your Butternut Squash, Onion, Carrot, and Apple. Put in large slow cooker. Then add your 2 cups of chicken broth and all seasonings on top.
Set your slow cooker to high and leave for 3 hours.
Once your squash and carrots are soft enough to mash up transfer all ingredients to a blender (usually must split it up and do a few cups at a time)
Blend till smooth. Once your soup is blended and smoothed pour into a pot on the stove and add salt, pepper, or any other seasonings to taste.
Top with a pinch of parsley and serve hot!!
